We advise and represent account holders but also financial intermediaries in connection with the blocking of accounts or requests for disclosure of account information that are ordered in international mutual legal assistance proceedings.
We represent our clients against orders of the Federal Office of Justice under the Federal Act on International Mutual Assistance in Criminal Matters (IRSG) as well as against orders of the Office of the Attorney General of Switzerland and also against orders of the Directorate of International Law under the Federal Act on the Blocking and Restitution of Unlawfully Acquired Assets of Foreign Exposed Persons (SRVG).
We also represent our clients in appeal proceedings against such orders before all judicial instances (Federal Criminal Court, Federal Administrative Court, Swiss Federal Supreme Court).
