Our forensic work includes comprehensive legal representation in national and international disputes in commercial and civil matters before the first instance as well as in matters of interim protective measures. In addition, we also represent our clients in appeal proceedings (high court, federal court). Furthermore, we are also active in international arbitration proceedings (ad hoc arbitration courts, International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), Swiss Chamber’s Arbitration, FIDIC, UNCITRAL).
Within the scope of contract drafting we also draft conflict resolution clauses, prepare legal opinions, advise on the law and practice of international arbitration and conduct recognition and enforcement proceedings for foreign court decisions and arbitral awards.
